Yes, we require 20% down payment at the time of booking to secure your price and reservation. You may pay the balance at pick up either cash or by credit/debit card.
If you require any baby/child/booster seats, snow chains; we advise to order in advance during booking to enable us hold the equipment for you. You may buy others such as optional insurance, additional driver either during booking or at pick up.
Yes, minimum rental age is 23 and maximum 75. However, younger drivers less than 25 may not be allowed to driver large vehicles.
Yes, delivery to another Proper Car Rental service point instead of car pick up one is possible. There may be minimum rental days requirement and additional one way rental fee for this type of rental depending on the pickup/drop off locations.
You receive your confirmation by email sent to your email address you provide while booking. Please make sure that you enter your email correct.
Yes, you may view, change, cancel your reservation at "My Booking" page. Otherwise, all changes need to be made after the confirmation should be emailed to reservations@propercar.com and will take effect from the date received by Proper Car Rental. Yes, you may request to cancel your reservation at "My Booking" page. Otherwise, all cancellations need to be made after the confirmation should be emailed to reservations@propercar.com and will take effect from the date received by Proper Car Rental. Depending on the date you cancel, cancellation charges may apply. Please check our cancellation policy at rental terms page.

The pickup address is provided in your confirmation. We usually meet you outside arrivals terminal exit unless there is an airport office.
The office pickup address at city locations is provided in your confirmation. You may also pickup from hotel, accommodation address, ports in city limits or outside city (there may be additional charge)
Yes, you may pick up 24 hours in a day at airportswhen you book in advance. However, at city locations pick up should be during office hours. Out of office hours there is extra service fee and subject to confirmation by the office.
You should present driving licence, passport and credit card for main renter, driving licence only for additional drivers.
Drivers should provide a valid national or international driver's license held at least two years.
It is required to leave a security deposit to cover the insurance excess amounts (where applicable), fuel extended rentals, traffic fines. To do so, a valid credit card in the name of the lead driver, must be provided upon collection of the car as a form of deposit. A pre-authorisation of minimum 1.000 Euro can be hold on the card, so make sure the card presented have sufficient limit.
Major credit cards Visa/Mastercard, debitcard and cash are accepted for payment.
Vehicles are not provided full tank, but you may request pre-paid full tank at the time of booking which is going to be charged at pick up. You need to return the car empty as there is no refund for unused fuel.

You may drop off the car outside departures terminal at airports unless other place stated in rental agreement.
You may drop off the car at office address, hotel, accommodation address, ports in city limits or outside city (there may be additional charge).
You may return at a different date/time, if only you inform us in advance and get our confirmation. We will not accept responsibility for any inconvenience when you do not inform in advance.
